When sending a support request by e-mail, include your phone number (and extension) in case PC needs to call you directly.
Call PC by Phone

When you call PC support by phone, provide them your phone number (and extension) as well as your e-mail address.

Registering For A PrecisionCare Support Portal Account
An invitation e-mail was sent to all TSI PrecisionCare users that have submitted cases in the past. The first time you call or e-mail with a new support request, you will also receive the following e-mail:

You should click on the link in your e-mail to enter the PrecisionCare Support Portal logon screen.
*Please Note: You must choose a NEW password to access the PC Support Portal:

When you enter your Support Portal password you will be taken to the following screen:

When you login to the Support Portal, you can view announcements, tips and tricks and additional forums that provide helpful information.
*Please Note: You should also click on Profile then Edit to add you phone number and additional information. Adding your phone number will allow you to automatically receive a tracking number when you call in a support request.

Once your issue is resolved, you will receive a follow up e-mail with comments from the PC support team.
How Are Support Requests Handled?
*Please Note: The first time you submit a support request by e-mail, you will recieve an auto-reply message with a registration link for the PC Support Portal. Registration is NOT Required. However, the PC Support Portal provides additional features that are helpful in tracking and resolving issues. Click on the Learn about the PC Support Portal link above to learn more.
E-mail Support Requests:
When you send a support request by e-mail the following will occurr:
- Your support request will automatically be entered into the Support Portal and you will receive an auto-reply message that includes your assigned a ticket number.
- When your issue is resolved you will recieve notification from PC by e-mail or by phone.
Phone Support Requests:
When you call PrecisionCare directly by phone the following will occurr:
- If you provide PC your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail notification with your assigned ticket number.
- When your issue is resolved you will recieve notification from PC by e-mail or by phone (You may indicate the best method of contact during your initial phone call).
Support Portal Requests:
When you submit a request through the Support Portal the following will occurr:
- Your support request will automatically be entered into the Support Portal and you will receive an auto-reply message that includes your assigned a ticket number.
- When your issue is resolved you will recieve notification from PC by e-mail or by phone.
